Philip Evans

HIS Builders LLC. was founded in 2010 by veteran journeymen carpenters Adrian Velez and Philip Evans both whom were trained by the local carpenters union. Having know each other since childhood, and worked together for 12 years, we forged a partnership in order to combine our talents and passion into a lifelong business.

Together, we have a combined 28 years of experience working in a wide range of projects both residential and commercial. As journeyman carpenters we have gained a broad set of experiences in a wide variety of skills including framing and layout, installation of drywall, grid ceilings, cabinets, and counter tops. Since founding HIS Builders, our independent portfolio includes: renovations, additions, decks, bathrooms, kitchen remodels, and trim. HIS Builders allows us to combine these skills with our love of design. We have the passion for taking creative ideas and creating functional spaces that best accommodate our clients.

Adrian Velez

Our Company was founded on three basic principles: Honesty, Integrity, and quality Service. We have seen too many times when a contractor promises a product but does not deliver, leaving the client unhappy with the end result. These three principles provide the framework for a trustworthy relationship between us and our clients. We believe that we cannot deliver these without working closely with our clients and take the time to understand their needs. It is only with that knowledge that we are able to deliver a high quality project that exceeds their expectations. We use careful planning with the foundational components of any project. It is our desire to replicate that of Christ when interacting with our clientele and on the job-site. We take the time to always start the job well so we can have an excellent finish.
